This is great for installs that cannot be up on the roof or put in the ground.
- Inspect integrity of downspout and verify that downspout is securely mounted to structure before attaching downspout mount.
- When installing downspout mount around downspout, make sure that there are no obstructions between downspout and downspout mount.
- Attach downspout mount near downspout strap that secures downspout to structure.
- Downspout mount should be completely secured to downspout (and structure as required) prior to satellite being attached to downspout mount.
- Satellite arm (furnished with satellite dish) should be attached to downspout mount via bolt (not included). Drilling of downspout mount attachment is required to secure positioning of satellite arm. Location is specific to each type of satellite arm.
- Downspout mount is limited to a maximum imposed weight of 18 pounds.
- Products that are being attached to downspout mount that exceed 18 pounds will require support braces (not included) of acceptable strength to handle the additional weight.
- Use all supplied hardware provided with downspout mount.
- Never move downspout mount while satellite dish is still physically attached to the downspout mount.
